At 9:00 am on Friday, November 25th, Athena I&E Corporation<\/strong> cooperated with the Union of Scientific and Technical Associations and the Management Board of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park<\/strong> – Shinec Company<\/strong>, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, organized a specialized seminar: <\/span><\/p>\n

Lean 4.0 Application – Comprehensive Management System and Digital Transformation Strategy Planning<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n

With the enthusiastic participation of enterprises, organizations, and associations, the seminar was successfully held.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not falling behind the global trend – Digital Transformation <\/strong><\/a> has become one of the prominent and popular keywords recently, as the market demands most businesses and organizations to be flexible in order to sustainably develop under the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020. To optimize the Digital Transformation<\/strong><\/a> process, businesses and organizations need to be managed leanly – optimizing all resources to avoid waste. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the seminar, all delegates, representatives of enterprises, and associations were introduced to Lean Management by Mr. Huynh Minh Quoc<\/a> – Lean 4.0 & Digital Transformation Management Consultant<\/strong>, also the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Athena I&E Corporation<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 the co-organizer of this seminar – An overview of the Lean system<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lean originated from Toyota’s production system – the leading Japanese enterprise in the world. To this day, Lean continues to prove itself as one of the most comprehensive management systems globally, optimizing resources, minimizing waste, and delivering high efficienc<\/a> , and delivering high efficiency and sustainable development, robustly facing challenges arising from economic instability and pandemics.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar started with a speech by Mr. Pham Hong Diep – Chairman of Shinec Company’s Board of Directors (Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park)<\/span><\/p>\n

Next, Mr. Huynh Minh Quoc shared insights into the Lean Management system, providing delegates with a deeper understanding to guide strategic direction for their businesses. Firstly, he highlighted the 5 values that the Lean Management system brings to businesses:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Enhance managerial skills and capacity<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Improve business operational efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n

    Following that, Mr. Huynh Minh Quoc<\/strong> introduced new knowledge about the 14 Toyota Principles, or Toyota Philosophy, along with the Lean 4.0 Comprehensive Management System, using the Lean House image to help delegates better visualize this system. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Additionally, there was an introduction to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Digital Transformation strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Q&A session between guests and the audience was lively, enthusiastic, and enjoyable, with many questions expressing interest in the Lean Management system, especially the Digital Transformation process and strategy for businesses.<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The specialized seminar ended at 11:30 am on the same day with regret from the participants due to time constraints, but everyone was satisfied with the knowledge they gained. <\/span><\/p>\n
