Mura (uneven) results in alternating between being overloaded with work and having nothing to do. Multiple Muda \u2013 Overproduction, Overhandling, Movement and Transportation \u2013 unnecessarily increases workload. Muri can also cause Muda.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">It can be seen that when you want to find the cause of inefficiencies in production activities, you should check your processes because it is likely that all three of these things are &#8220;working&#8221; during operation. .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"> <\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">By examining the entire operating process and taking the 3M model into account, you will be able to conduct effective diagnostics of your operations. Once you have identified Muda, Mura, and Muri in the processes, it&#8217;s time to address them directly.
